Music from the heart for the soul

Born in Boston and raised in Maine, now based in Nashville, Tennessee, I’m a singer, songwriter, and producer who blends the storytelling of folk with the energy of rock. My mission is to spread love and light through music that speaks to the heart.

I have two creative sides that reflect the full range of my sound. Hen captures my intimate, emotional folk roots, while Honk brings out my upbeat, alternative rock energy. Together they represent both reflection and movement, quiet and boldness.

I write songs about love, life, relationships, faith, and the cosmos. My inspirations include Noah Kahan, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Forrest Frank, Zach Bryan, Hozier, and many others. I release new music every month and am always exploring new sounds and ideas.

Alongside my own music, I work as a professional wedding musician and entertainment director, and I run my own recording and production space in Nashville.
